Blind Drawing

This activity was done to introduce drawing in a fun way. We did this with blind drawing. We had the student put blinders on a white crayon. The students then drew three flowers on their paper. Next we had the students wet their paper with a paint brush and water. Then the students used watercolors and painted their whole paper. Were they drew their three flower the paint resisted the watercolors. This is what the finished product would looked like:

An extension activity of this would be in science class to be studying the parts of a flower. The could draw and label the parts on their own flower.
